How Can I Lock Out Just The Irc On This Router?
I am trying to limit the amount of gaming that the boys are doing. IRC is one of the paths that the games they use need to run correctly.

I recommend you get a copy since configuration is not trivial.
IRC uses TCP port 6667 by default but can try a list of other ports as well such as 6660 thru 7000. You will need to block all of these and then it still might try to use another port. IRC can be very hard to block. Blocking those ports "should" do the trick but there are servers that run on oddball ports to get around firewalls.
The steps are all too long to reproduce here. Page 42 is where the access control rule set configuration starts. It uses a wizard so you should be able to step through it without too much trouble.
