On your PC, select Start > Settings > Devices > Bluetooth & other devices > Add Bluetooth or other device > Bluetooth. Choose the device and follow additional instructions if they appear, then select Done.

OR

Select the Start button, then select Settings > Devices > Bluetooth & other devices. Select the Bluetooth toggle to turn it On or Off

To use Bluetooth on your Dell Latitude laptop, you need to ensure that your laptop has a built-in Bluetooth adapter or module. Here are the steps to check and enable Bluetooth on your Dell Latitude laptop:
  1. Press the Windows key + R to open the Run dialog box.
  2. Type "devmgmt.msc" in the Run dialog box and press Enter to open the Device Manager.
  3. Expand the "Bluetooth" category to see if there's a Bluetooth device listed. If there isn't, it means your laptop doesn't have a built-in Bluetooth adapter.
  4. If there is a Bluetooth device listed, right-click on it and select "Enable" from the context menu.
  5. Once enabled, you can turn on Bluetooth on your laptop by pressing the Fn key + F3 key (or the key with the Bluetooth icon).
  6. You should see the Bluetooth icon appear in the system tray. Click on it and select "Add a Bluetooth device" to pair and connect to other Bluetooth devices.

If your laptop doesn't have a built-in Bluetooth adapter, you can purchase a USB Bluetooth adapter to add Bluetooth functionality to your laptop.
