Hi frescahand

First of all, make sure that the Bluetooth is enabled on the computer. You can go to the Windows Mobility Center by pressing Windows+ X keys and control the Bluetooth from there.

Once the Bluetooth is enabled, follow the instructions on the link below to pair the Bluetooth speakers to the system:

If you continue to face the issue, you may try updating the Bluetooth drivers. You may download and install the latest version from the link below:

http://dell.to/17nZFN0

Click on the above link, enter the system Service Tag and click on ‘Continue’. Select the Operating System and it will display a list of available downloads.
