Good question first of all is it some sort of branded pc that came pre installed? if it was theres a chance u can restore it from image.

(it wipe all your disks and restore pc to its orginal state)

Second option - quite advanced , u have to restore it by yourself by installion of fresh OS I hope it came with pc on some cd u make new installation and format disks through installation process (its right before it start copy all files on disk so u have to select partitions and wipe them manualy depends on OS u install its quite different on XP and win V,7)
