My Dell Inspiron 1564 Is Asking Hdd Password.
MY DELL IS LOCKED ASKING HDD PASSWORD.I DIDN'T SET ANY PASSWORD. SERVICE TAG IS 6NH0YL1. HDD PASSWORD ERROR CODE IS 09807. HELP ME WITH HDD PASSWORG.

Hello JOTHINATHAN,
I am from Dell Social Media and Community.
If you have not set any HDD password before, try to leave it blank and hit enter. If it does not work, log in to system set up by tapping F2 at start up on the Dell Logo > Select security and check if there is a password that is set > If any, change it none or try to reset the System Set up to defaults.
If none of the above steps work, you will have to contact Dell Technical support team for a master password to reset it and to access your system.
