Hi,

Would recommend removing the RAM which you recently installed and use the same old RAM which the system came with to check functionality of the system. If the system works fine, then would request you to remove the old RAM from the system and install the new one which you have bought. If you are getting the same issue, then it’s an issue with RAM and need to check the specification of RAM to replace it.

Do keep me posted with the results.

Thanks & Regards
