Webcam Light Stays On
The light on my webcam is on, but I've not started it nor am I running it or software associated with it.

I am from Dell Social Media and Community.
Is the web-cam working when you open it? Has there been any software changes you have made to your system, after which the light has been kept on.
You may try to perform a system restore to a previous date when the light was keeping on.
Uninstall the reinstall the Dell Webcam software.
