Model -denon 3310.
power is on but display not working What problems plz help me. Denon 3310.

the two main reasons a unit's display would shut off on its own would be if the Dimmer button was pressed and the Dimmer Mode is in the OFF position or if Pure Direct was enabled.
-Check to see if the Pure Direct mode has been engaged by pressing the "Direct" button on your remote (newer units) or by using the "Pure Direct" button on the face of the receiver. (older units) When Pure Direct is enabled all video, digital audio and displays are shut down to reduce any interference with the audio signal. In essence, Pure Direct provides the cleanest possible 2 channel audio signal and shuts down all other processing functions.
-Check that the Dimmer mode has not been set to OFF. You can do this by selecting the Dimmer button on the front panel of your unit.
