Have Cancelled Dish Service. Customer Service Said Throw Out The Outside Dish

has anyone else been told this ?

I would be happy to clarify this with you and get you more information!

When service is canceled, the only part of the dish we need back is the LNBF if possible. The rest of the dish itself is yours to do with as you want. If it's mounted on the roof, I would recommend leaving the bracket (to prevent holes in the roof) but just removing the dish itself.

Locals retailers in the area can also de-install the dish, but there may be a cost on that.
