I Need To Order A Replacement Remote For My Dish Network Dvr. #175544

My remote stopped working a couple of days ago. I need to order a new remote for my DVR. The model of my current remote is EchoStar 20.0 IR 175544. I pay extra monthly for the protection plan. Will Dish Network require me to pay for the replacement remote? And how can I place the order for the replacement remote? Thanks you.
