If thats not the culprit look under the front of the truck behind the bumper and locate the horn. Check and make sure the nut that hold the wiring on it isn't loose and for that matter still there and the hot wire is still connected. The horn mount acts as a ground so there shouldnt be but one wire to the horn. You can run a jumper wire from the battery to the horn and see if it functions as the horn could be cracked or clogged.
If that not it take it to a mechanic to look at the horn assembly in the steering wheel so you dont accidently set of the airbag.
If you agree that the answer I provided is correct please remember to "accept" and/or mark it as "helpful" so I know I'm doing a good job. Thank you, I would really appreciate it.
