What Is The Snowflake Button And The One After It On Heat/cool Area For?

there is a snowflake button and the button after it that I don't know what they are for. the caravan is blowing cold air in the rear even when I have temp set on hot

the snow flake is your air conditioner on off button,the one next to it is the cabin air recirculation button, make sure it is turned off,it will not be lit up,
