Assistance Needed Concerning Drop Box And Aol Email Address
I have an issue with not being able to receive some emails to my aol email address. On occasion, when I send an email from my aol email my email sender address shows up as "dropbox [email protected]". Why is this? Secondly, when this happens the sender replies to me but I never receive the response to my aol email. I have checked by dropbox account and do not see the email in question. Please assist.

Some email providers use DropBox to send large file attachments. If the emails that show up with "dropbox" in the sender name have attachments, that could be why only some of them are sent like that, because the attachments are sent through DropBox.
However, you should still be able to receive replies. If you're sure they're not showing up in DropBox or in your spam folder, contact AOL with the specific emails that you sent, and see if they can shed some light on why the replies aren't being received.
