Why Am Am I Not Getting Any Matches Matches Emailed To My Email Address.
For the last two months I have received no email notification of my matches. This just stopped for no reason and I have not changed my request for email notifications. I called the customer service line and they told me that there was no reason for this to be happening. I just happened to open up my profile and found 4 matches that I had not been notified of. I also found where one requested contact with me and I did not know about that either.
