Sorry you are going through a frustrating, and costly problem. You may want to start by contacting your wireless carrier to request a credit to your account for the charges, depending on your account status with them they may, or may not, honor your request.
Or, you can try requesting a refund by notifying your credit card company of these unauthorized charges on your card, if available.

Please note: if the games were actually downloaded through your phone by someone who had access to your phone then you may need to speak with them about the charges. Unfortunately, it is doubtful you would get a refund in this case.
