The printers specifications are 15 pages per minute for Black and white prints and about 8 for color, It's not feasible to exceed that, as that is the upper limit.
If you are printer is printing substantially slower than that it might be due to the complexity of the document (lots of images, charts etc), If that's not the case, you need to contact Epson customer care. You can find your options here:
