Email Or Phone Number Direct To Their Billing/refund Dept? Contact Virgin?

On check in to Virgin America DAL was told that Expedia had not ticketed us properly and we would have to pay again for the first leg of our trip (DAL to Phuket, Thailand) on 10/10/15. We paid an additional $396.20 for 2 tickets to LAX in order to make the rest of trip connections. These reservations were made 8/1/15 and we have receipts and confirmations that reflect our purchase. There were no issues with Singapore Airlines for the remainder of our flights. I received an e-mail later on the 10th that stated the return leg of our trip had been cancelled from SFO to Dallas. I spent the next 2 weeks trying to contact Expedia from China and Thailand and we never got a satisfactory answer via e-mail or phone. Called Expedia from SFO on how we were supposed to get home--Virgin could not see our reservation/cancellation at all so we had to purchase 2 tickets from SFO to DAL at a cost of $368.20. So now we are out about $735.00 on this trip. We did not cancel anything and lived up to our agreement 100%. Expedia did the cancellation. Where to go? Already sent receipts to Expedia. We also purchased trip insurance on this vacation.
