Rx Not Received And Rx Not In Stock

I am checking as to a refill rx for Verapamil ER 360mg - has that been received and mailed out?  Also, I received notice that because of problems with the manufacturer you were unable to fill the rz for Metoprolol Succinate Er 50 mg..  Do you have any idea when that problem will be resolved?  My beneficiary ID number is 1011666368 and the name is John Silva.
