I would suggest starting with one that deals with threats, violence, etc since the person is making personal violent threats it seems the most likely place to start. You may also wish to contact your local Sheriff's office as someone making a threat on your life is against the law and they may wish to investigate this. Good luck to you and although it is likely they are just a person with some serious mental health issues that need to be addressed, do be careful and stay safe!
