How Do I Set Up A Memorial Facebook Page For Someone Who Has Passed Away?

My little brother has recently passed away and now his facebook page is gone. I would like to know if I'm able to set up a memorial page for him where family and friends can go to make posts???

I would just set up a profile in his name. It isn't as if you are impersonating him, so would not go against facebook's policies. Just don't go making purchases or anything of that sort off of there.
