How Can I Get In Touch With A Human Customer Service Rep With Facebook?

Three days ago I tried to get on my Facebook account only to find out my account had been blocked. Facebook ask me to create a new password and I did as requested. Still I could not access my account. Then After trying to log in to Facebook, it took me to another page requesting my name and Date of birth and a copy of state issued photo ID with my birth date. I did that. Then I received an email stating that it seemed I was under the age of 13. My date of birth is in 1947 and I will be 69 years old next month. How can I get this resolved? I am disabled and Facebook is a way for me to stay in contact with many friends and family. Can someone "PLEASE HELP" me resolve this foolish mess.
