Unblocking My Friend

I have unblocked my friend and it says it will take 48 hrs to unblock. At 60 hrs they were not unblocked so I called for help and was told it could take up to a week to get my friend back. Then I sent the question to HELP OWL and got a reply that I'll need to send a new friend request. I'm not happy with FB being in control of this. This is annoying to no end. I'm also not pleased that FB does not offer phone support. FB sucks.

You do indeed need to send a new friend request to restore the connection, as may be seen at this Facebook page. Since as you acknowledge Facebook does not offer phone support, it's unclear who misled you when you called for help

In any case I sympathize with your frustration. Expressing it to us at Help Owl however won't accomplish anything. If you wish to convey your feelings to Facebook, here's the contact information:
