I Want To Change My Password, But I Have Forgotten My Old Password.

I tried changing my password, but could not, because I have forgotten my old one. Whenever I tried, I needed to fill in my old password, which is stored on my computer. I need it, for my mobile. I look forward to your help.

You can request a password reset by clicking the "Forgot your password?" link located near the "Login" button on the login page. Facebook will then send you an email with a link to reset your password.

You must be able to use an email address registered with Facebook. Otherwise, if you can't recall your password, you're out of luck. Sorry.
