Blocked

When I attempt to log in, it says i am blocked and asks me to fill in details about my Credit Card and personal details. Why?

Facebook's spam detection system has determined (rightly or wrongly) suspicious or deceptive activity that violates Facebook's Statement of Rights and Responsibilities.
