Closed Due To Multiple Accounts

3 days ago, facebook closed my account as they said I have multiple accounts. I have a personal account, then an account using my work e-mail address to manage my company page. It allowed me to select the profile I wanted to keep, which I did. Provided all the information they wanted and said they would get right back to me. Still have not heard a word from Facebook. How long is the typical wait period before they respond, and WILL they respond? Should I try to create a new profile, or wait for them to reinstate my existing profile.
