My Dad Used The Same Email To Make His Account As Me. I Cant Sign In Now

in 7th grade when i made my facebook account i used my dad's email which is [email protected] because i didn't have my own email at the time. My dad recently created his own account and used that same email address and now i cant sign into my facebook. it keeps saying im not my dad. just wondering how i could transfer my account to my current email and change my password

You can't. Sorry. You (or your dad) have to create your own new account and duplicate content manually.
