Lost All My Friends/posts, Etc On My Facebook Account

Today, I received an email from Facebook, subject "Some Exciting Facebook pages. I clicked and read one of the pages. Since then, my FB account is empty. FB recognizes me but want me to submit all my info, pictures, etc. I don't want to have to do that but especially, I don't want to have tobuild my base of friends. Can my account be restored?

It appears that you've been the victim of a hacking scam. The best you can do is submit https://www.facebook.com/hacked.
