Why My Account Is Temporarily Locked, I Can't Receive My Confirmation Code?

Why my account is temporarily locked, I can't receive my confirmation code? Please show me where can i get it? I really need to log in my facebook account. I remember that i didn't fill my phone number in my setting. Thank you so much!

First of all, go to www.facebook.com/mobile.. Then enter your cell phone number back into the relevant field
You will then be provided with a letter, which you will have to text to a phone number at Facebook
Once you’ve sent the letter to the number provided, you will be given
your confirmation code.
Once you’ve received the code, you will be good
to go! You’ll be able to start uploading photographs from your cell
phone, by simply sending them to Facebook

1.Unforunately, some people may need to wait 2 to12 hours before they recieve the code. We are working with mobile carriers to resolve this issue and apolozise for this inconvenience.

2.If u recently moved your number from different carrier,you may not be able to receive the confirmation code.We are aware of this problem and are working on it.
