Posting Pictures To Facebook From Your Iphone

My 5 year old daughter loves to play on my iPhone. My probelm is she can post pictures on my Facebook account. She does not mean to do this. When you click on a picture it gives you the option to email Facebook or text the picture. I deleted my Facebook app off my phone and I could still post pictures on Facebook. Is there anyway to fix this?
