How Do I Unlink My Yahoo Account From Facebook

I joined facebook last night through my yahoo account, i changed my mind and severed the facebook account but i am having problems with my chat connection now on yahoo. I can not access facebook to go to settings as i severed the connection but it still seems to be causing a problem with my instant chat messages on yahoo. please help

To unlink your Facebook account from Yahoo!, click on What are you doing right now. This will open the text box for you to enter your status. Below the text field you will see the Yahoo! icon and the Facebook icon. Click unlink next to the Facebook icon to remove the connection.

1. go to yahoomail.com and log in.

2. click "option" at the upper right side of the page.

3. click "more options"

4. click manage who sees my updates

5. it will route you to a new tab from yahoo settings

6. under manage sharing preferences you should see LINKED ACCOUNT SETTINGS (MANAGE)

7. Click MANAGE then click remove facebook.

and you're done.

you have to go on your facebook privacy settings, click ads, apps & websites...click edit settings and scroll til you find yahoo and then click edit beside that and hit delete....
