Verizon Engineering Dept Letter - Request Access To Property

I received a letter to provide access to install Fios lines to a small apartment building & to call Danielle Lasky at 215-283-0905 to answer questions & schedule an appointment. Her mail box has been full for days with no other contact info for the Fort Washington, PA Engineering Dept. Is there another contact person?
