F20 Alarm

I have my door repaired twice. The same alarm has just appeared! He is only 7 years. The last technician said to change de door!!!! But the door is discontinued..Please, send my the drawing of the inside of the door (that of the pallet)I am really disappointed with the quality of this brand

This error code is an indication there is a disconnected wire on the the door hinge. You will need a Service Technician to assist with this
