Alternator Relay ???

I amwondering where if there is an inline fuse or alternator relay on a 96 f 250 . My alternator tested good running 14.7 v but check battery is at 12.8 while running . So losing power bad when heat and stereo on some times drops to 9+ v . Have 250 amp alt , yellow top batt , plus 2 kinetic 600s amp still thirsTy  . Help please any ideas . Thanks Rich
