1997 Ford Escort Wagon Will Not Start

after changing brakes and rotars the car will not start please help

Could be anything, but I'll give it a shot. You must have jacked up the car when you did the brake work, so it could be your neutral safety switch is acting up. Try to start the car in neutral and see if that works.

If it starts in neutral, try putting it back into park and see if it starts normally now. If it does, you may have jostled the car enough to make the neutral safety switch inoperative in park. It shouldn't be a recurring problem, now that your done working on the car.
