I Have No Dash Lights,or Shifter Lights, Nor Any Lights Inside The Car

The car is a 1998 ford escort. I have checked the fuse panel at the drivers door and also one under the hood but they are good. I have no lights in the dash board , none on the shifter are any inside the car. Also the fan on the moter doesnt work. Maybe u can give me tips.
