Horn Blows Constantly

The horn is constantly blowing when engine is on. It started after driving about 10 miles today. I disconnected the wire to the horn to stop from blowing. Can somebody help?

The power distribution box is located in the engine compartment. The

power distribution box contains high-current fuses that protect your

vehicle’s main electrical systems from overloads. Pull the # 4 fuse.
