Remote Fails To Unlock Driver Door, 2006 Fe Hybrid

After my Hybrid was idled for 5 months (traveling abroad) and jumped battery to restart, the driver's door fails to unlock using remote, though opens with key okay. Remote locks and unlocks all the other doors ok.  Just an annoyance I can live with, but would be nice to fix it. I tried reprogramming per manual, but no effect.  Is it a program error, or something else?   Is it my Smart Junction Box?  How much to fix this if bad SJB?  Much thanks, Ivan

You are likely correct on the smart junction box (SJB). It is sensitive to rapid voltage changes. The jump probably fried the relay connection for the door unlock. This relay is built into the SJB. If correct, you'll have to replace the SJB.
