2006 Ford F150 4x4 5.4 4x4.

i am having trouble finding the 4x4 fuse in my truck and or relay. my 4x4 isnt working unless i play with it for 20 minutes. i dont know if it is the 4x4 vacuum silenoid or a fuse. i am trying to go the cheap route first before bringing it to a ford place to fix it.
