Where Is The Cigarette Lighter Fuse Located On A 2009 Ford Flex Limited?

Where is the Cigarette Lighter Fuse located on a 2009 Ford Flex Limited? When I plug my cell phone in my cigarette lighter, there is no light. As a matter of fact, none of my outlets works. They used to but they don't work anymore. My suspicion is that the fuse(s) tripped. However, I can't locate the cigarette lighter fuse on the Fuse box. Where is the cigarette lighter fuse located?

It should be listed on the back side of the power distribution box located in the engine compartment.
