Fuse #37 Tt Left Turn/stop

My drivers side rear blinker and brake light doesn't work but it is the same bulb as the tail light, which works. I tested the power through out and removed fuse 37 and tested the prongs and seems there's no power to that section of the fuse.

Bulb has diferent element in the same bulb for other functions.
