My Cam Don't Connect By Ethernet Cable. Than I Am Unable To Set The Parameters.

if your Foscam FI9828P camera is not connecting via Ethernet cable, there are a few things you can try to troubleshoot the issue:
Make sure the Ethernet cable is securely plugged in to both the camera and your router or switch. Check that the cable is not damaged or frayed.
Verify that your router or switch is working properly and providing internet connectivity. You can do this by connecting another device, such as a laptop or desktop computer, to the same Ethernet port and seeing if it can connect to the internet.
Try a different Ethernet cable to see if the issue is with the cable itself.
Restart your camera and your router or switch to see if that resolves the issue.
Check that the camera's IP address is within the same subnet as your other devices on the network. You may need to adjust the camera's network settings to ensure it is on the same subnet.
