CAll 1-877-481-6826. Then talk to someone and cancel, write down all the information they give you on the cancellation and then take the information in to your bank and inform them that the company shouldn't be billing you anymore. If they do bill you again, don't fool around go to your bank and replace your CC/Debit Card. This way even if they do bill you again it wont go through since the old card will have been rendered void. I had this problem myself with them, it is a hassel to replace a card but sometimes there are no easier options (even though it's not fair and there should be!).
