New Air Conditioner
No drain hole for bottom of airconditioner. It is the quietest airconditioner we have ever owned and we sat down to just enjoy the quiet when suddenly there were funny noises coming from the unit. Not quiet noises either. After studying it for a while we found it to be the waterbeing sucked up and hitting the fan, which was throwing it around the unit.
I read your manual and you said, basically, this is normal in hot and humid weather. You said to not drill a hole in the pan.
We live in Mississippi, during the spring and summer it is always hot and humid. Either you need to put a plug in the bottom of the air conditioner which can be taken out if you live in the south or you just need to have a hole which will drain or else don't sell it in the south.
