Frigidaire Washer And Drier Stack Stopped Working

i try to wash king size pillow in my stack washer and dryer of my Frigidaire . it made loud noise before it stopped. and know it doesnot even come on . do think ishould buy new one or try repair first, which is very expensive. Help mewiyh advise. thank you

Hi Anonymous-104062 - I understand that your unit will not operate. Try resetting the unit by either unplugging it or flipping the household circuit breaker to the off position. Wait approximately ten minutes, turn on the unit, and select a normal cycle. If these troubleshooting steps prove ineffective, you may wish to contact a professional as the unit may possibly have a damaged drum shocks/belt, faulty sensor or control board. At this point, in order to determine what is best for your convenience, I would personally recommend having a proper diagnosis done first to confirm the actual cause.
