Microwave Not Heating And Making Loud Noise
My microwave was working fine yesterday and today it is making a loud noise and not heating. It is a Frigidaire Professional model number FPBM189KFB

Based on what you have described you may be experiencing an issue with what is called a mag tube or the diode. Usually the microwave will produce a static type noise as well as not functioning if it is the mag tube is defective. It is suggested that a Service Specialist further diagnose your unit and determine which part is in need repair.
