Hi busernc - You may try and reset the induction cook top by disconnecting the power to the unit for up to 30 seconds by flipping the circuit breaker off and back on. If the issue persists, then the unit more than likely may be experiencing a potential wiring failure, faulty burner or a communication problem with the user interface board. Remember, if you are within the One Year Manufacturer Warranty, service calls within this year typically will be of no cost to you as long as you use one of the authorized providers from the manufacturer site. At this point, I would strongly recommend contacting the manufacturer directly before proceeding further.
