I Was Told To Send A Photo Of My Towing Bill For Reimbursement. But It Won't Let

Make sure that the photo you are trying to submit is in the correct format. GEICO only accepts JPEG or PNG files that are less than 10MB in size.
Try uploading the photo from a different device. If you are currently uploading the photo from your phone, try uploading it from your computer instead.
Contact GEICO customer service. They may be able to help you troubleshoot the issue.
Here are the steps on how to submit a photo of your towing bill to GEICO for reimbursement:
Go to the GEICO website and log into your account.
Click on the "Claims" tab.
Click on the "Submit a Claim" button.
Select the "Towing" option from the drop-down menu.
Click on the "Upload Documents" button.
Select the photo of your towing bill from your computer.
Click on the "Upload" button.
Click on the "Submit Claim" button.
