Why Does My Remote Only Open The Door But Does Not Close Door?
I can only open the garage door with my remotes but can"t close the door. How can I program the remote it to close the door?

You have a problem with your safety sensor. The opener think there is something in the way and will not close.
Clear the path for the sensor and make sure the sensor point straight with the door and in level. One has a green light the other has a red light, both has to be solid at all time for the opener to work right.
