How Can I Get Signed Onto Google To Receive All My Google Mail?

I have been a faithful google customer for years.  Now suddenly I am barred from signing in. Google has been my primary e-mail route  to family and friends. I need to get signed in to transfer all my gmail to another provider.  Please help!!
