Forget Username And Password

If you forgot your username and password you go to Gmail

First click sign in and cant access your account?click Forgot your username?
Please enter the recovery email address you provided when creating your account. Learn More. Click Learn more.this is what it means:

Secondary Email Address

Although including a secondary email address is optional, providing one makes your account more secure.

1. We send information to your secondary email address, if you've provided one
2. We display your security question and ask you to provide the answer

• Hi you have to go on the e-mail that you use, & click on forgot your USERNAME & answer your security question. Then you have repeat it & do the same for your password.
